Estate Art helps buyers from Russia and the CIS find and complete property purchases abroad. We list properties from developers and agencies, bring you a prepared client, and take a commission only when the deal closes.
Today that is Thailand (Phuket) and Vietnam (Da Nang, Nha Trang). Türkiye is next, and Bali is on the list after that. The site runs in Russian, English and Thai; we sell in Russian.
We are a young company and we say so plainly: there are no thousands of closed deals behind us. What we do have is an audience searching for property abroad in Russian, and the kind of hand-holding that makes a buyer comfortable wiring money to another country.
Commission on closed deals only. We ask for nothing upfront, charge no listing fee and do not sell leads. The rate and payment terms are agreed in writing before the first property goes live.
Where local law requires a licensed agent to handle the transaction, we act as the introducing party and the paperwork stays with you. That is a normal arrangement and it works for us.
